We are organising a Nestlé SwapShare to mark World Cleanup Day, on September 17, during our Monthly drinks.

Because the best cleanup starts at home.

A SwapShare is a fun and easy way to give items from home you no longer use a second life by swapping them with colleagues.

Bring something you no longer use and swap it for something new to you

There’s a good reason to swap. By giving unused items a second life, we can reduce waste and make better use of the things we already have.

Small actions like reusing and swapping can make a real difference.

Don’t forget to hand in your items and sign up, so we know who will be joining!

All practical information

Date: Thursday September 17, 2026
Location: HQ Nestlé Amstelveen - The Nest (or at the terrace if weather permits)
Time: 4:00 – 7:00 pm

How it works

  • You can bring a maximum of 5 items in total.

  • You get a SwapShare-point for each item that you can use to choose other items

  • You can swap items in home accessories, clothing, toys and books.

  • All items must be clean, complete and in good and working condition.

  • Ideally, each item should fit in a standard shopping bag.

  • We do not accept stuffed animals, socks, underwear or textbooks.

  • For puzzles and games, make sure all pieces are complete pls,

  • Any items left over after the SwapShare will be donated to charity, Frissupermarkt.

Timeschedule:

4:00 - 4:15 PM : Last drop off / grab a drink

4:15 - 4:30 PM : Introduction by the founder of SwapShare

4:30 - 7:00 PM : Swap till you drop

Extra Drop off moments

Can't bring your items on September 17?

No problem. You can drop them off in advance at the Corporate Communications team (2nd floor) on:

  • Monday, September 14 | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

  • Tuesday, September 15 | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

  • Thursday, September 17 | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

This way, you'll be ready to start swapping as soon as the event begins!
